What is our returns policy

We will explain exactly what you are entitled too when shopping with us for both our UK and International Customers

UK Customers – You are entitled to a full refund if you are unhappy with any of your items, all items must be returned to us (at customers expense) in order to recieve a full refund within 14 days from the dispatch date of your parcel. All items must arrive in a safe and resellable condition, any items found to be returned and used will have their refund requests denied.

International Customers – You are entitled to arefund for your goods but this is reliant on a case by case basis. You can contact us with any enquiries via our contact us page.



Damaged Items In Transit?

Damages can occur when items are sent via courier, however we try very hard to ensure that all items arrive in a perfect condition. However it is important to know what you are entitled too with a damaged item and if they can be returned.

In order to begin a claim and/or return of goods you must first contact us, we will do everything that we can quickly and effortlessly to ensure that you get the best possible service from us. UK Entitlement – You are entitled to £25 cover on all parcels, an extra charge for a higher amount of cover must be arranged with us before ordering. All international parcels are fully covered for loss and damage.


Please Note: All items returned to us must be in a saleable condition in order to obtain a full refund. We do not accept returns of used items. We apologise for any inconvenience.
